If you're looking to maximize your rentals, look no further than Blackcomb Benchlands! In this neighbourhood, there is a good mixture of nightly rental condos and townhomes in a variety of sizes—ranging from studios and one bedroom suites, all the way up to 3/4 bedroom townhouses. Many of these condos & townhomes boarder the Chateau Whistler Golf Course & offer ski-in/ski-out access with free shuttle service to and from the base of Blackcomb Mountain.
Residents here can enjoy bike trails in the summer and skiing in the winter! Upper Village itself is populated by restaurants and speciality stores, which include ski/bike rentals and active wear shops. Lost Lake is nearby for summer fun with swimming at the beach or even mountain biking too. In the winter, Lost Lake transforms into a lit cross country ski track that is groomed daily and you can snowshoe on the mountain bike trails that weave throughout the area!
Jeff Scott is an owner of a one bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo at The Aspens and shares his take on this ideal location:
What we really were looking for in a Whistler location was a place where we could be assured of getting maximum rental revenue but also have the perfect place to make our visits to Whistler easy on the family. We wanted to just park the car in the underground and never have to use it. Here at The Aspens on Blackcomb we can basically ski right to our door and then in the evening it's easy to walk down to either The Fairmont Cheateau Whistler or head into Whistler Village for our dinner reservation. We can even get groceries at Upper Village Market by the Four Seasons if we want to. It's stress free and the rental income in this ski-in/ski-out location is second to none because it's a gold star location.
