We took a break from Friday Morning Coffee last week in honour of Remembrance Day but now we're back.
I keep talking about how much our listing inventory has dipped over the past 5 years. It's simple economics that inventory levels are always going to be the chief driver of price in any market. Here's a quick chart I worked up this morning that gives you a visual representation of why prices have jumped so much in the past 2 years. This list is for Whistler only (not Pemberton) and excludes quartershares, timeshares & parking stalls. Very telling.
