Located at the edge of the Dave Murray Downhill just above Whistler Creekside, these properties are accessed by driving up Nordic Drive through the Nordic Estates neighbourhood and are located in the area known as Taluswood. Let's take a closer look at each of these complexes.

Starting at the top of the slope, we have the Taluswood Lookout and Taluswood Heights complexes. These complexes feature huge 3 to 5 bedroom floorplans ranging from 1600 to 2600 square feet. All units have their own private hot tubs and some pretty amazing views overlooking the valley below, as well as private garages for all your toys. Whenever these properties come on the market, they usually get snapped up fast.

Heading down the slope from there, we have Taluswood Ridge. This complex offers 2 to 4-bedroom units ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet. Each unit has a private garage and hot tub, of course. There's also a stand-alone single-family unit, #14 at Taluswood Ridge, that sits directly on the slope and boasts 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and 4,200 square feet in size!

Taluswood I & II feature garages and plenty of chalet-inspired log features, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This complex offers a range of unit sizes, from smaller 1 bedroom units to larger 4 bedroom floorplans. In addition to the usual amenities, such as private hot tubs, Taluswood I & II also boasts a super private outdoor pool and hot tub, tucked away at the base of a stunning cliff edge.

Moving up the slope from Taluswood I & II, we come to Taluswood Bluffs. This complex features underground parking, a common hot tub, and 1 to 3 bedroom floorplans. What really sets Taluswood Bluffs apart, though, are the incredible southwestern views that can be enjoyed from these units. And with an easy 3-minute walk down the street to the slope, you'll still have no trouble accessing Whistler's world-class ski runs.

These two complexes are both part of the Taluswood area, but unlike the previous complexes we mentioned, they require a short walk down the street from the ski slope to reach them. However, don't let that discourage you - both Taluswood I & II and Taluswood Bluffs are still considered great options for those looking for ski-in/ski-out properties.
