First, tell us what you want in your new place

We'll start by having an initial consultation, either in person or over the phone. This is your opportunity to tell us exactly what you're looking for in your Whistler property, and give us more context around your unique situation, so that we can help you find the right home.

Let's get you prepared

Next comes the most important step: Getting pre-qualified. If you haven't been pre-qualified already, we'll get with our trusted mortgage broker partner who knows the process inside and out. We'll be in constant communication with you to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Sort through your options – even if you're long-distance

Then, we'll start sending you properties that fit your criteria. Once you see one that you love, we'll set up a tour ASAP to show you every aspect of the property. Nowhere near Whistler? No problem. We've refined our virtual buying experience, and now it's just as good as being in person.

Grab your skis (or your swimsuit) – Whistler's now home

Found "the one"? We'll submit a winning offer, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal. Once we have a signed contract, we'll organize the inspection and appraisal, schedule a close date, and raise a glass to your new home.
