Good Morning, Whistler!

Just a quick one for you today. We've had quite a week putting together a full Whistler 1st Quarter market update video. You can take a look at that below.

Also, I have posted the most recent inventory chart for Whistler below that shows we are ever so slightly starting to climb out of our lowest inventory period in history. Not sure if this is a hard or soft bounce but at least buyers have a few more options now than they did. It's still very tight market conditions though.

We're super excited for our seller, Marina at #30 Symphony. We now have a firm deal for her 2 bedroom/3 bath townhome in Village North. Congratulations Marina!
