Good Morning, Whistler!

Just a quick update for you today. As our new website has come together we've also got a new look for Whistler Friday Morning blog post. Let me know what you think. I've got 5 Whistler Friday Morning Coffee mugs for the first 5 opinions back to me. ☕️

We were super excited this past week to be able to help our clients, Race & John from Vancouver to sell their 2 bedroom Legends quartershare at $311,000 in just 2 days with multiple offers. That was $12,000 over our $299,000 asking price and a new market high for a 2 bedroom Legends quarter. I remember selling 2 bedroom Legends quarters back in 2011 for $65,000!! 

As far as the market goes, it seems that after a long slumber during and after the holiday break we've now got a few more listings popping onto the market as sellers begin to wake up to the current value of their Whistler properties and decide to sell. It gives buyers a bit of hope that there will be more to choose from as we move into the coming months and the spring season.
