Just a quick update for you this morning. We've just sold our recently listed 1 bedroom condo at the Adara Hotel in Whistler Village at $279,000. Our seller from Mexico City is pretty happy to be moving on to an upgraded 2 bedroom condo at Town Plaza - Bear Lodge!

Also, if you're on the hunt for a great deal on a hotel condo unit, we have a studio unit at The Hilton coming to market this coming week at $389,000. It's a large floorplan on the 6th floor looking over the tennis courts with sunny south-facing views. Let me know if you'd like more info on it.
