Good Morning, Whistler!

Well it seems like spring has sprung just a wee bit here in Whistler. We had temperatures in Whistler Village up to as high as +8c this week and a couple of nice overnight snowstorms up on the mountain so there's finally some fresh snow to go along with it.

I'm happy to report that we were able to obtain two of the highest ever sales for 2 bedroom quartershare suites at Evolution and Legends over the past week. For #318C Evolution we acted on behalf of the seller to obtain a chart topping $463,000 for this rare corner unit and we acted on behalf of the buyer for #431B Legends at $363,000.
